In Hanoi's old quarter, this is a basic but clean hotel, and the lake is about a 10-minute walk away. I'm leaving a positive review for what it offers. Just don't expect a six-star place with a pool and fancy cocktails.
I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I needed somewhere to take shelter for a couple of hours during Hanoi’s torrential rain. My Grab driver couldn’t reach my Airbnb and left me here because this street wasn’t flooded. The receptionist and security guard were incredibly kind and let me use the WiFi. Thank you both so much!
I had a really good stay at A25 Hotel. The facilities were good quality, and I enjoyed the food. The kitchen staff were friendly, and everyone else was nice too.

The manager deserves credit for helping me and my friend despite the language barrier. Staff were accommodating, and the hotel felt secure. My room was clean, with a spacious bathroom and all the toiletries I needed.
