The rooftop pool was a lovely place to unwind after a busy day or a flight. We found the complex safe and well managed, with strict security throughout. The apartment at Botanica Premier was clean, modern, and equipped with what we needed for a short visit. Being right by Tan Son Nhat Airport was especially handy for our short stay, layover, or an early flight.
They confirmed my booking and I paid in full the day before, then at the last minute they said there was no room. They deserve less than one star. No way, Jose!
Mạnh, the manager, was warm and helpful, and the on-site agent, Giảng, was polite and quick to respond. We were glad we tried this place, and it’s changed how open we are to choosing this kind of accommodation on future trips. Our family only needed a night near TSN airport, so we expected a quick, basic stop. Instead, we were impressed enough to imagine staying much longer. The apartment had all the conveniences we needed, hotel-style, including working AC, excellent Wi-Fi, pleasant shower pressure and temperature, and a washer we didn’t get to use. I especially liked the high ceiling. The building has 24/7 security, several elevators that all worked well, and you need a key card to use them. Apartment doors have digital touch keypads, and the hallways are wide and clean.
They put up Christmas decorations. The atmosphere was lovely, even in the heat.
It’s clean and well looked after, though definitely not a high-end condo. Sadly, the area around it is very ugly and dirty.
