Watch out when booking online. They told me the owner had changed and that my reservation belonged to the former owner, so they had nothing to do with it. They also refused to refund me. 👎👎👎👎

The room smelled disgusting and had insects everywhere. There was mold on the walls, which were in terrible condition and made the place feel unfit to live in. I planned to stay three nights but couldn't even put up with one.

My parents paid about 780k VND (axp 32 dollars) for one night after booking a two-night stay, but they had to go home a day early. When they asked for a refund, the hotel refused and claimed there was a policy against refunds for online bookings, though that policy wasn't written anywhere. Be careful about paying cash upfront when you book online. This felt like a greedy and dishonest business. I absolutely tell people visiting Vietnam and my Vietnamese friends to stay away from this hotel!

The aircon worked well, and there was cable TV, wifi, and an alright bathroom, though the shower pressure was really poor. Staff weren't especially warm, but they were alright. You pay cash at checkout. There’s a GS25 convenience store nearby. I paid about 10USD per night through Agoda, so don't expect too much. The place is in an alley, and the lift only fits two people without luggage. It's fine if you just need somewhere to crash and plan to spend most of your time out of the room.
