At Ba Dat homestay, the family made us feel like one of their own, so warm and welcoming. Randy, the landlord, speaks English, knows a lot about the city and things to do, and goes out of his way to help with whatever you need. The place is clean and cozy, with comfortable beds, and you can book a room overlooking the busy alley from a balcony. They also offer delicious home-cooked Vietnamese food at a very affordable price, and there's a street food market within walking distance. I highly recommend Ba Dat if you're after an authentic Vietnamese homestay experience.

We had a very pleasant stay in this clean, comfortable place. It's tucked a little away from the main road, so street noise wasn't a problem, and you can stay longer than just one night. The owner is outgoing, super friendly, eager to help with any issue, and a great source of information. There's also an option to order nice food.
