The location and atmosphere are still things I like, but the facilities and service need work. I’ve visited a few times just to use the pools. It used to look pretty, but without much maintenance it’s gotten a bit run-down, which is a shame given where it is. I went to a party there last weekend and tried the food and beverage service. It was okay overall, around 7/10 for the food, and most of the staff were fine. One woman came across as unprofessional and a bit rude, speaking very casually instead of using polite forms of address. Her wording felt out of place for a service setting. The toilets weren’t as clean as I expected, and there are only two rooms available. I also felt uncomfortable when staff asked guests to leave a 5-star review while they were there. One came over while I was on my phone, and after I said I’d do it later, she returned and asked again. It felt like I was being pressured to post just to be left alone. I didn’t want to spoil the mood, so I kept quiet, but it affected my impression.

I’m only here for a wedding, so I haven’t experienced much beyond that. Still, I really like the vibe and the service. The food is so-so, but the staff are top notch and pay incredible attention to detail.

If you’re a bride looking for a venue, I’d honestly recommend visiting the site several times. In my opinion, the building and facilities aren’t up to the level of the price or the 5-star brand. Good luck finding your dream venue, ladies.

I have so many good memories of visiting this pool regularly, so seeing its current state was shocking and deeply disappointing. This place used to be a gem in District 7, and it’s heartbreaking how much it has declined. On my recent visit, the lawn tables were under tarps with debris scattered around. There were cigarette butts and trash throughout, old damaged furniture left out, and broken tiles by the pool. The bathrooms had no lights or soap. The water was yellow and took far too long to run clear. The whole facility seemed neglected and poorly maintained. With conditions like these, the 200,000 VND entrance fee feels completely unjustified. The new management and staff were slow and provided poor service, nowhere near the standard this place used to have. I hope management acts quickly to restore it, but I can’t recommend visiting in the meantime. Former regular customer
