Cozrum Homes Ly Chinh Thang

I checked in around 2 p.m. and the place was still dirty. I told them, left for a few hours, and came back to the same mess. Their answer was to send me to an even lower quality room at another hotel in their network, at my expense. They wouldn't cover the taxi or compensate me for the time and hassle of moving. The second place had no elevator, so I hauled my luggage up several flights. It also had no desk or chair to work at, and the internet kept cutting out. The Cozrum network has no reception, just codes, cards and online support. That might be fine if they could manage it. The online rep was very good at apologizing. I'm sure they get lots of practice saying, "sorry, it won't happen again." All in all, zero stars if I could. I'll try to post pictures of the stained walls, broken furniture and filthy room.

The noise was unbearable, and neither the doors nor the gate worked. There was no support at all. The worst place I've ever stayed. Don't waste your money on this disgusting homestay.

Cozrum ignored me twice when I tried to check in, then said my room wasn't available. I was left out in the rain and had to find another room. Later, they got back to me saying it was available after all. After reading the other comments, the whole thing feels like a scam.

Ants were everywhere in this old, filthy room, even in my bed and suitcase. We had to buy ant killer and deal with the infestation ourselves while worrying about the bed. The ants bit us, and the whole stay became an infuriating nightmare. The staff were no help and showed no understanding of how misleading the advertising was.
