The view was nice, and the location was amazing. My room was neat and clean. The staff and owner were respectful and helpful.

After a while away, this was our first trip back to Vietnam, and a lot has changed in the cities. A relative recommended this hotel because they had a wheelchair for my elderly, handicapped dad, and the elevator could fit it. The staff were very friendly and helped him get in and out of his room. You can’t expect disability services like in a first-world country, and the big-name hotels may offer full ADA-like compliance, but those were beyond our budget. This hotel was reasonably priced. If you need a reasonably priced place with a wheelchair, an elevator, and helpful staff, this is definitely the spot.

The room was made up and cleaned every day, and the service was smashing. Great spot, too. The shower pressure was the one letdown.

We hired a motorbike and explored lots of places around town. The hotel is well placed for walking to restaurants, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The terrace on the third floor was the best spot to hang out.

Head up to the third floor for a whole balcony where you can relax. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly.
