We were right in the middle of a Korean-focused area, with a nice mix of tourists and local flavor, and the price and location were great. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, though I worried about bugs because little black specks kept appearing. We moved the couch so it faced the TV, which made better use of the space. The AC worked well, but badly needed cleaning. The WiFi wasn’t reliable for us, though streaming was okay. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke whenever we left the room. The balcony was nice, and the Korean BBQ smell was pleasant at first, but smoke blew straight onto the balcony. Bedding and towels were changed daily, and the fridge was stocked with free drinks. They sell coffee and tea, but you’ll need to go out for every meal.

A nice hotel in a local area. It was quiet at night, and they also provided free beer and green tea.

The Wi-Fi was fairly fast, and the minibar was free. Laundry came back the following afternoon, which was handy for a stay of several nights. There were a few staff members who spoke Japanese, but small insects kept showing up in the room. As others have mentioned, the shower had no hot water at night. The air conditioner dripping a large amount of water was the biggest problem. Breakfast was poor, and the cups hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The best thing here is the price, especially compared with the other hotels near Phu My Hung. It’s easy to get around on foot, with plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, and bars nearby. Staff are friendly, and there’s a coffee shop on the first floor for morning coffee. The building interior is run-down. Hot water in the bathroom comes and goes, the shower drain smells like a sewer, and you can hear people talking in the hallway.

I booked a room for April 29th. It was very clean, the reception staff were so enthusiastic, and the manager was incredibly thoughtful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
