The biggest issue was the noise. A locked connecting door to the room next door meant I could hear almost everything, including showers and kids running around. It often disturbed my sleep, and the hotel really needs to fix the insulation properly. There were some good points: friendly, helpful staff, a clean room with daily housekeeping, YouTube premium in the room, and a decent location on a quiet street for Hcm. Breakfast was limited for a vegetarian, though the staff tried their best. It was basically eggs and a roll or cakes. The gym was minimal too, with cardio machines only.

For me, this was the best cheap place I stayed in while in vietnam. My standard room had a comfortable bed and pillow, with no stains or smell, and the bathroom was nice too. The staff could speak English well. I plan to book here again when I visit vietnam, whether alone or with others.

We spent two weeks here and were very happy with the service, including from housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious, and the location made getting around convenient: it's not far from the airport, close to the city center, and surrounded by food options. We'd come back if we get the chance.

The front desk service was prompt and excellent, and the kitchen kindly let us have breakfast after the listed 9am end time. Breakfast was included and served a la carte. I booked a Double Deluxe for the extra floor space, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay, though I wish the hotel had a gym and pool.

The breakfast here is seriously the bomb. I also loved the spa, and the ladies in the kitchen were warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the appliances I needed. Everyone on staff was friendly, prompt, and professional. I don't know the area well enough to say much about the location, but I could easily walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city.
