It’s a well-kept shopping centre with a good range of shops and restaurants. There’s also a whole floor for kids’ teaching. It seems quite Western focused, with English on all the signs and English-speaking staff among the people we interacted with. And those massage chairs are incredible!

The service was good, and it’s a nice spot for a family gathering with a set menu for kids. We tried it today: the spaghetti was good, but the pizza was disappointing. The dough seemed to collapse, and it was too dry and stretchy. The Margherita was very flat. The meat lover’s flavor was good, though its dough was very dry too.

Some of the restaurants are modern and serve good food, and I’ve seen quite a few big discounts, so you can find products cheap or expensive. I’ve lived here for four years, though, and the toilets at both Estella Place and Estella Heights still aren’t clean enough. They smell of urine. Three stars, there’s room for improvement.

Weekend parking and traffic are chaotic, and no one seems willing to give way to other road users. The mall itself is one of the newer and more successful ones in HCM, though the shop variety is limited. An Nam Gourmet and Starbucks draw the biggest crowds, with some smaller brands alongside them.
