The rooms were clean, the location was good and the service decent. I had a motorbike accident and the medicine I took made me drowsy, so I stayed two hours past checkout. They charged me for a full day. It’s a good hotel, but don’t expect kindness or understanding.

The staff at Fide hotel were friendly and attentive, and we were happy with the service. We liked being able to walk around and eat at mostly local places. The rooms are clean and new, and water pressure stayed strong even on the highest, fourth level. The hotel is in a good, safe part of district 7 near Phu Mỹ Hung, though it’s outside the city center and Grab or taxi rides cost quite a bit. We’d stay again next time we’re back in Vietnam. Thanks again to the staff for the good service 👍

We arrived late at night, and the reception did nothing to help make the situation easier. Instead, they directed us to a basement room. Agoda showed us something different, listing a standard double room, so it felt like the hotel was cheating us. This is not acceptable, and the service was terribly bad.

Opened on 27 March 2018, this place is nice and clean. There’s no pool or restaurant, but it’s very close to Vivo city.
