The apartment feels luxurious, but management is just average. In the laundry area there's a bad smell from the drain, and every morning I can clearly hear someone upstairs jumping rope. It's also near hospitals, so ambulance noise goes on day and night. The lobby carpet has gotten really dirty too.

The parking spans the first through fifth floors, so it's above ground, with open air that feels more pleasant. The building is centrally located in District 10, making it easy to get to Districts 1, 3, 5, 8, and 11, as well as Tân Bình.

I stopped by to drop some things off for my colleagues. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and it's in a neighborhood with easy access to Districts 10 and 3, and Phu Nhuan.
