Leelee was such a sweet, welcoming host. The room was clean and cool, and it really did feel like a happy home. Leung helped with our luggage when we checked in and again when we left. Lovely people and a nice place!💕
8/10
For a budget hotel, the room was fine for the price and location. The decor was a little worn and dated, but some reviews seem to expect five-star treatment. It’s in a great location, and the staff were friendly.
10/10
The room matched the photos, and both the location and price were perfect. The staff were amazing, especially the older lady, who was always smiling and so helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

You get more than enough for what you pay. The place isn’t anything amazing, and a few bits could have been cleaner, but housekeeping took care of anything I asked about. There’s a fan, strong air conditioning, a lift to the higher floors, and really lovely, helpful staff. The location is amazing, with the loveliest restaurant just up the road, Bếp Hà Nội Nhỏ - Món Ngon Chuẩn Vị, which has a yellow sign. Some of the other reviews sound like they expected a four- or five-star stay.
6/10
Happy Home Saigon has a great location near lots of attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were another bright spot: friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with questions or requests. My room’s cleanliness let the stay down. It didn’t meet my expectations, and housekeeping needed to give it more attention. I hope they address that for future guests.
