Hoa Mai hotel

The hotel's location and the view from the rooms were the highlights for me. From the balcony, I ate while looking at the tower, and the view was amazing both day and night. The room had a refrigerator and hair dryer, and there was plenty of hot water, so I was very satisfied. The reception staff were enthusiastic, and check-in went smoothly. Laundry was available for an extra fee, 50,000 yen for three days of washing and drying. For the price, I'd like to stay here again.

There were plenty of problems, and I'm too tired to list more. The place was dirty and old, with unclear invoices and unreasonable extra hourly charges, even for changing rooms when guests were staying for almost a week. Soundproofing was poor, so it was quite noisy. The toilet doors were broken, electrical outlets faulty, and fans unstable. The elevator smelled like dead rats.

I stayed in room 103 yesterday for 250k. The hotel was very dirty. Hair was all over the floor and mattress, and the cleaning staff hadn't cleaned properly. There were no towels, the bathroom was dirty, and the hot water heater couldn't be used. Overall, it was worse than a motel.

The room cost 350k a day, but it was dirty when I got in. The toilet was unflushed, the bathroom door was broken, cobwebs covered the towels, and the outlets didn't work. I called for help and got no response or assistance. I ended up waiting for someone to come down.
