This was a very bad experience staying with the Holo brand near 8/14 Le Thanh Ton in the past. Holo is one of the worst Airbnb places in Saigon. They don't answer the phone, and there's no backup number. The door shutter didn't work, so I was stranded trying to check in. I had to get the code from another tenant just to get in and out. When I called, they spoke to me in a threatening way, like a gangster. I asked them to improve things, but they ignored me. Truly awful service and attitude. I would tell people to boycott this brand.

The neighborhood is nice, but there are many better hotels around. My room had a large window beside the bed with no curtains and no door to the bathroom. I could hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbors, as well as screaming at 4 a.m. This place needs serious work before I'd consider it worth staying at.

It's a stylish homestay tucked in an alley, quite different from a regular hotel. Staff aren't on site, but support gets back to you very quickly.

The studio is on Hai Ba Trung Street, which is handy for exploring Saigon. Circle K and GS25 are both close by.
