As of November 2025, the prices they keep are only for stays starting from 9.00pm: 300,000 VNĐ a night for a Standard room and 400,000 VNĐ for a Luxury room. They changed the name to Ruby Hotel 1*. The price is acceptable!!! The room is big and very clean. This was true since 2014.

They often leave their motorbikes on the road to take up parking spots meant for cars. They profit from doing this, and it inconveniences people living nearby. The white GLC belongs to the hotel owner. This was reported to VNEID for handling.
