Hotel Nguyen Anh

I loved the location, but the stay was bad enough that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Cigarette smoke filled the rooms and hallway, and I woke with a horrible headache. The bed, pillows, blanket, and even my shirt smelled like smoke. There was no proper way to air the room out, and the fan was very noisy. Noise was a problem all night too. I could hear people talking on the main floor from my room on the sixth, and couldn’t sleep well. The painted glass door let in so much light that it was hard to make the room dark. We stayed at the Six Hotel for two weeks under the previous manager, who was more reasonable and diplomatic. After the new manager took over, there was massive renovation work, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were disconnected without warning. We had to move to the Nguyen Hotel. We’d considered staying weekly, but the bad experience made us lose interest. The new manager was unreasonable and dishonest about room prices and assignments. It’s unfortunate, but business is business, and you can’t expect fair treatment everywhere you do business.

I was visiting as a tourist, and one of the staff did her best to speak English with me. She was so cheerful and friendly, it really impressed me. 🌟✨💫

We came back again and had another nice, relaxing stay. The people are lovely, and the price is great.

The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views made this an outstanding hotel. The staff were friendly too. I can't wait to come back!
