There’s lots of greenery around this apartment building, and plenty of dogs that seem to guard it. They’re especially comforting if you live alone, showing affection by nudging, licking sensitive spots, sniffing, and welcoming cuddles.

The location is a major plus: Silver Star sits on Nguyen Huu Tho, a straight route into the city center. It feels safe, quiet, and free from dust and pollution. There’s also access to Le Van Luong street, though barriers block that way. I’m not sure if that’s because there’s no guard there, but it’s convenient, so management could reconsider the barriers and look at adding security measures. With only 3 blocks, the amenities are handy for residents and the development avoids the crowding I’ve seen elsewhere. Inside, the apartments are beautiful, the structure feels solid, and each unit gets sunlight and a cool breeze. The elevators are quick, spacious, and good quality. The whole place, from the lobby and stairs to the pool and courtyard, is clean. Security depends on the guard, so I’d give it 4.9 stars; be polite to them and they’ll be polite back. The exterior paint is peeling and needs attention from management. Still, the building doesn’t look too run-down compared with some newer apartments from 2019-2024. I think the materials are much better than those used in 2019-2024, perhaps because prices hadn’t been inflated yet. It seems like a worthwhile place to buy and live in. My rating for Silver Star is a modest 4 stars, though I can imagine giving it 5 later. For the apartments coming in 2027-2030, 4 stars seems right. The location could even merit 7, and the building quality and cleanliness each get 5.
