Huyen Apartment

I rented a studio for the December 31-January 1 holiday for 450k VND and was really happy with it. I could watch the fireworks from the room instead of squeezing into a crowd. The place is a modern self-check-in rental: the owner sends the gate code, then you pick up your key and head upstairs yourself. There are loft and studio rooms, as pictured. The owner is lovely and helpful even when she's not there. The rooms have a kitchen, fridge, hairdryer, iron, fan, and air conditioning. The location is handy for District 1 and District 4, and the rooftop looks out over the Saigon River and million-dollar fireworks. The kitchen has no real cooking tools, just pots, pans, two bowls, and two plates, so it's probably meant for reheating takeaway. Container trucks make some noise at night, though my room at the back was quieter than the ones on the main road.

I had no complaints and was quite satisfied. The furniture felt fairly new, and the room had everything, including a kitchen for cooking. It was very nice, with a view of the Saigon River.

How can I get in touch with them about renting?

Getting around is easy because it's near the city center. My room was really lovely and new, fully furnished, and the landlady was very enthusiastic.
