Inn Cafe Saigon

I booked through Go2Joy and arrived late, around 1:30 AM. The room was so dirty that I immediately asked to switch. The next one was damp and filthy too, with lots of grit on both sheets. Around 2 AM that same night, I told the home team I was checking out because of how dirty it was. I complained through Go2Joy, but was told I wouldn't get a refund because I hadn't checked in. The seller also refused to refund me. I learned my lesson from this experience. Everyone should avoid this place.

Please read this before booking through the app. The room was extremely filthy. The bed and mattress smelled awful, as if they hadn't been changed and had just been folded up for the next guest. The toilet was terrible and had a strong, unpleasant smell. They hadn't properly dealt with the room's trash, just swept it into hidden corners. I checked out within five minutes and accepted the loss. I just hope others see this before booking. It felt more like an abandoned or haunted house than a guesthouse. Disgusting!

The bathroom smelled bad, and the hotel was dirty, especially underneath the bed. I'd tell everyone to skip it.

Two years ago, I stayed here and was very happy with the clean, airy room and the service, so I recommended it to several people I know. This time was a real letdown. The bathroom is cramped and has such a strong smell that I couldn't stay in it for long. The air felt damp and stuffy, the refrigerator was dirty, and the blankets, sheets, pillows, and mattress were old and stained. Even the walls were discolored. What I saw by chance under the bed was completely unacceptable (see image below). It looks like Home cleaned the room carelessly and without responsibility. I'd already seen some negative reviews from 8-9 months ago, but didn't expect to run into the same problems myself. I hope Home takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.
