The bathroom was a mess: the sink was blocked, the toilet smelled of sewage, and they didn’t offer to help. There was only one hook in the room, so I had to ask for more. The bedding stayed dirty even after two nights of room cleaning, with hair and stains on it. At check-in, I asked for two fresh pillows, but the receptionist told me to take them from the next room. Those were stained too, so I gave up. The hotel’s room management is poor. It’s near hospitals, and with better customer service I might have come back many times.

The hotel was okay. I paid 700k to rent it from 1 PM the day before until 5 PM the next day.

The rooms are a little small, but the rates are affordable. Cho Ray Hospital is close enough to walk to.
