It was okay.

I've been coming here for nearly 10 years. I first stopped in to sleep for convenience after going to the bar at 2000, but only recently had this experience. The receptionist is attentive and thoughtful about cleaning. After visiting a friend's house, I couldn't tell whether I'd lost my necklace there or at the hotel. I asked him to check the camera footage to see if I was wearing it when I returned, so I'd know where to look. He said he'd check again and seemed to know something, but then I waited a long time and got no answer. That was the first problem. The second was the landlady's behavior. The first time, I smoked a lot of drugs and was reminded by the fire alarm. The next time, I forgot, went downstairs, apologized, and said I'd leave it alone. She just stood there staring at the alarm, then the old landlady acted uncivilized, called me, and wouldn't let me stay. Fine. The next day I went down to check out, but it was raining, and she asked the receptionist whether I'd checked out. She said not to let me rent again. I stay in the best room and pay 50k per person. I wasn't coming in without paying, and even if she let me stay, I wouldn't stay if it meant wasting money. The receptionist cleans the toilet, and the security guard keeps the car. I was told she often chases guests away. She behaves like an uneducated person. You guys should boycott this hotel, or other people will be upset and frustrated. 👎👎👎

A few things were frustrating: you have to check out by 11 AM, the hotel shuts at 10 PM, and they only take cash. Rooms aren't cleaned daily, and toothbrushes and shampoo aren't replenished each day either. Prices can go up by as much as 30% on holidays and New Year's Day.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were great and really dedicated :))
