The staff member who welcomed us was the best part of the hotel, but the room made the stay uncomfortable. There was no elevator or hot water, and basic things like tissues were missing. Smoke and a bad smell in the room bothered me too. I hope they improve the facilities.

The manager was good and the room was okay. It's close to a bus stop, though you can hear motorbikes outside at night. A room without a window might be a good choice if you want things quiet and calm.
2/10
No good. The beds seemed infested, the AC and fan were broken, and the shower pressure was poor. There were ants and cobwebs, a moldy door, a crusty fridge, and a smelly bathroom with stuffy air. The window looked onto the stairwell and was blocked by a wardrobe. Even the stair rails creaked. 👎👎👎

We weren't happy with the room on our first day, but they moved us to a better one the next day. If one fan is enough for you, I'd recommend it for an overnight stay.

Handy hotel for an airport stopover, close to the airport. I was lucky to have Xavier-Phuong looking after me. They're multilingual and took care of every detail.
