Kotrip Feliz en Vista Luxstay Residence

A beautiful, peaceful place to live, with a doorman and private parking for bikes and cars. It also has a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

I’ve lived at Feliz En Vista for about four years, and the place has really gone downhill. The gym facilities were the main reason I moved here, but they’re deteriorating badly. They don’t spend money maintaining the gym, for example, the leather on the rests is completely torn. The sauna is a joke and doesn’t even get to 40 degrees. Bathrooms by the gym and squash court stink of cigarettes every time I go in. It’s clear they can’t even stop their security team from smoking in there. The other day, I came out of the elevator and slipped on a puddle right outside, smashing my knee on the floor. People come into the elevators dripping wet after swimming, and they don’t clean up when water spills. It’s sad to see this place going downhill. I’m venting here because reporting things to management feels pointless. Maybe someone on the management team will listen and do something about the appalling maintenance and service.

The facilities at Feliz en Vista are well maintained, and the whole complex feels clean and modern. It’s a comfortable place to live in Ho Chi Minh City, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.
