The location was the only good part, very central and convenient. Getting in was a hassle: we asked about check-in the day before and got no reply. On arrival, no one answered our calls or messages, and we waited outside for about 20 minutes. We saw other guests dealing with the same thing. The lift wasn't working, so we carried our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Inside, the room smelled old and musty, the sheets were stained, and the furniture was dirty. There were spider webs, a broken wardrobe rail, and mold in the bathroom. The AC dripped, and hot water lasted only a few minutes. The host's communication was terrible. This was our worst Airbnb experience.

Getting in was easy with keyless entry, and the AC worked well. The hot water was reliable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The place was quiet and clean, with thoughtful touches and a soft bed that made it easy to rest. Between District 1 and 3, it's perfectly located for walking everywhere, yet peaceful once you're inside. I'd return for that calm, easy feeling. Highly recommend if you're after a peaceful stay in Saigon.

The area felt safe and had plenty going on, with a park and bus stop within walking distance. The room looked just like the photos, and they were flexible when I arrived a little early. Communication was clear and friendly, the host was kind, and daily room cleaning is available if you want it. Great location and place for a very good price. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Saigon!

It was easy to explore the city on foot from this hotel's great location. My room was clean, the bed linen was fresh, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The price was attractive, and management responded slowly, though they did try to help. The room smelled strongly, and the air conditioner compressor was loud. I'd booked a garden view room but was given a view of a wall instead. The posted photos were misleading.
