La Hotel Binh Thanh

The room was tiny and windowless, which made it feel really claustrophobic, and breakfast was extremely limited. The hotel is also hard to locate because it doesn’t show up on Google Maps. Staff know about that but haven’t made it easier to find, which also makes it difficult to choose a pickup point when booking excursions or activities. I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I left a handmade rug I’d made during my travels in the room, and it was very hard to reach the hotel about it. They ignored my calls and took ages to respond. Eventually they said housekeeping couldn’t find anything left behind and hadn’t seen anything when cleaning after checkout. I’m certain I left it there because it wasn’t in my luggage when I reached the next place. Either they lied, or housekeeping threw it out. It was a large handmade rug, not some tiny item that could easily go unnoticed. I’d give zero stars if I could!
