La Siesta Premium Saigon Central

Huong was a huge help when I was heading out to visit my family farm in a rural area. There was some confusion about the taxi arrangements, but she stepped in and got it sorted, which was a real relief. The team were also happy to give advice and different options as we planned things. Our kids, aged 1.5 and 4.5, loved stopping by reception each day to play games and chat with the staff. They had a great time in the pool too, swimming and floating whenever they could. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, even for picky eaters, though I kept my own breakfast light so I could enjoy more of Saigon’s street food. We had a great stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon and would recommend La Siesta Premium Saigon Central to visitors to Ho Chi Minh City.

Huong Nguyen, Huong Ho, and Quyhn Huong gave me fantastic service. One of them went the extra mile to make sure I was safe, could reach amenities beyond the hotel, and had someone great to interact with. The staff are meticulous and always ready to help, sitting with you to guide you through your plans and make sure you have a good experience. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world, and this one really stood out for how comfortable they made me feel. A full 10 stars from me!

The breakfast changed a little from day to day, so the good variety stayed interesting. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hotel’s right in the heart of the city, with nearby sights in walking distance and a short Grab ride to anywhere else we needed. We’d loved our earlier stay at La Siesta Premium Lakeside during the first part of the trip. After a disappointing hotel experience elsewhere in Ho Chi Minh City, we booked our last few nights at La Siesta Premium Saigon Central. The difference in hospitality and quality was night and day. The staff were warm, attentive, and always trying to make us comfortable. It made the end of our trip much more memorable. My partner and I can’t recommend it enough, and we’ll stay here again on our next visit. Thanks to the Saigon Central team for making us feel so welcome.

After sightseeing in Vietnam, it felt great to return to a hotel where so many people looked after us. The rooms were great, the hospitality was on another level, and everyone from reception to the people at the door talked with us and tried to help. We came back from another city to find the bedroom decorated with a “WELCOME BACK HOME” message. That showed how much they value guests’ feelings. It was one of my best stays. They make it feel like home, and I can’t imagine staying once and not coming back. A must book place.
