The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location made getting around Saigon easy. There are lots of main sights nearby, and the price was still reasonable compared with other hotels in the area. This was my second stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon, and it was just as lovely as the first. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated Trinh and Tin, who became friends during my stay. Trinh was especially sweet and made a great impression. I wish I’d written down everyone’s names. We were there in early December, and every staff member we met was wonderful. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. We got a welcome drink and fruit when we arrived, plus complimentary water in the room. The rooms are small, but they’re clean and well kept. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, including some local hidden gems. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a nice view and lots of choices, including Vietnamese pho. The hotel sits in the heart of the district, within walking distance of the Independence Palace, museum, cathedral, and post office. It also has a modest basement fitness room that’s enough to keep in shape. I didn’t try the spa, but the prices seemed reasonable for a five-star hotel. I’d recommend it as a good-value luxury stay in the middle of the action, especially for a short visit.

The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all an easy walk away, and the hotel itself is very clean. Most of all, the staff made a difference. When I had a problem with my room, they acted straight away, offered an upgrade, and worked quickly to sort it out. Thanks especially to Duy Tung and Trinh Nguyen. I can’t remember the names of the other team members, but everyone I met was welcoming, kind, and keen to help. I’d definitely return and recommend the hotel.

From arrival through checkout, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone was warm and attentive, and they kept going out of their way to help with whatever we needed. That genuine hospitality made the stay feel special. We had an amazing time at La Siesta Premium Saigon and would choose it again if we come back to Saigon. Highly recommend it for the service and welcoming atmosphere.

The only snag was getting to the hotel during rush hour, around 4 to 6pm. Be patient and you’ll be fine. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and gave us useful tour suggestions, and breakfast was awesome, especially the pastries. It was our first time in Vietnam and a memorable cultural experience. The hotel is very close to Saigon Centre, Takashimya, and Ben Taht, and we could walk to lots of other places, including Notre Dame and the post office.
