My boyfriend and I have stayed at this homestay three times now. The owner is great and speaks English well, and the rooms are clean with everything you need. It’s in a good spot if you’d rather stay in a local neighborhood than around District 1. If you arrive by car, the Bach Hoa grocery store is nearby, less than a five-minute walk from the homestay. We’ll come back next time we’re in Sai Gon.

The neighborhood has lots of food choices, from casual to more varied options, and a charming feel. I’ve stayed here several times. The landlord is really friendly and always offers a good rate.

There’s plenty to eat and do around Phan Xich Long. The room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and eager to help. I’d definitely stay again.

I could leave my bags early in the morning, and early check-in was possible if a room was ready. The owner was very enthusiastic. For 440k VND, the spacious room came with a cooking area, refrigerator, and washing machine. It was clean and airy, and conveniently located for places to eat and have fun. I’d rent here again if I get the chance.
