It's easy to get around from this convenient location. The reception is open 24/7 and staff respond quickly when you need help. My room was neat, clean, and well equipped. I might come back next time.

I paid for a Standard Room (Mid-range room with river view) through Traveloka at 4:45 PM, then called reception 1-2 hours later to confirm it. I also told them I'd arrive late because I was going to watch fireworks, and they said that was fine. But when I got there at 12:30 AM, they gave me a voucher for a Single Room, a lower category that cost less on the app. I asked the receptionist to switch me to the room I'd booked, but was told it was fully booked. The receptionist and manager tried to sort it out, then suggested I either cancel so Traveloka could automatically refund the payment at midnight, even though the room had been confirmed, or upgrade and pay another 100k VND. Whether the mistake was the hotel's or the staff's, they should have dealt with it themselves instead of making me take the loss. Only after I raised my voice did the receptionist agree to give me a voucher for the higher-category room. 🤷🏻‍♀️ That's irresponsible business practice. It's not worth more than 600k/night.

It's centrally located, so getting around is easy, but the place stays quiet. Reception staff are enthusiastic and quick to help. I had a good stay and would return.

For the price, it seemed reasonable. I stayed a few days and found it peaceful, and slept well. The view was nice, with plenty of daylight in the room. The hotel isn't large, but feels tidy, and the staff are polite and helpful when I need information. The room was clean and had no bad smell.
