I booked this for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh City, and the room was a pleasant surprise. It looked larger in person than in the photos, with lots of light, a cozy soft orange color scheme, and everything kept very clean and well arranged. The bed was comfortable, the air-con worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough to get some work done. The bathroom was spotless and simple, with a good shower. From the balcony, I could watch trees and scooters on a quiet local street. It didn't feel touristy, but District 1 was still easy to reach. The host was easy to contact and check-in went smoothly. Calm and well kept, I'd gladly stay again.

I stayed for two nights and found it quiet at night, which can be unusual in Ho Chi Minh City. The bright, clean room was simple but elegant, with a comfortable bed, working air-con, solid Wi-Fi, plus a fridge and safe. Check-in was smooth and the host was easy to reach. In Tan Dinh Ward (District 1), the area feels relaxed and local, with cafés, Tan Dinh Church, and markets nearby, and the busier parts of District 1 easy to get to. It's convenient and felt safe without being on a touristy street. For a calm, well-designed boutique stay in the Tan Dinh area, I'd happily come back on my next visit to Saigon. I'm from Australia, and this was a really good find.

The spacious layout made the place feel warm and comfortable, almost like home. Everything seemed new, refined, and luxurious, and I had a wonderful stay.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. The shared areas always had flowers and amenities. It's in the city center, so getting around was easy.
