The pool wasn't usable: it was dirty, had no lifeguard, and people at the café could see it. Sound insulation in the rooms is poor too. Guests smoked, drank, and talked on the balcony until 4am, and the hotel couldn't do anything about it.

The café downstairs had a lovely interior and atmosphere. Food and drinks came quickly and were good, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I enjoyed the hot tub most, and they even provided bath bombs. The room was soundproof, which is rare here and much appreciated. I spent two days on a staycation and was happy with the room. The place looks fancy, clearly with a lot invested in the design, and there's always something eye-catching. But people taking photos and local brands doing photo shoots made it harder to enjoy a quiet evening with cocktails and pastries.

The location worked well for me: it's quieter, with the sights still relatively close. I was surprised by the negative reviews, since the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the café team was attentive and accommodating. Seeing the 'Instagramers' was fascinating and added something beautiful to my experience of Vietnam. The room was quite small, but I had an excellent stay. Each floor has a courtyard space, there's an open rooftop tea room, and the adjoining café is amazing to see.

The staff are very friendly. Hotel guests can park their cars here, which is especially handy.
