The first night was okay, but sleep was difficult after that. There's a school for young children across the street, and early in the morning they play loud music amid other noise and kids screaming. Don't expect to sleep past 6:30am. I could also smell a lot of cigarette smoke from other guests. The beds felt a bit too firm, and staff weren't around when I needed them. There are better places nearby at the same price or less.

The balcony was a nice touch, and the kitchen had what I needed. With a market nearby, it was easy to pick up things for whatever I felt like cooking.

It was fine.

Clean place, and the location is good.

For a business trip, the small window and limited view weren't an issue. The room on the second floor, just above the entrance, was clean and had everything I needed. It faces the street, so some outside noise and voices come through, though I suppose that's expected at this price. It didn't bother me. I'd stay again if I return to Ho Chi Minh.
