There was plenty of local food around, including delicious cơm tấm at the corner by the hotel in the morning before 9 a.m. It was my first trip to Vietnam, and this five-day stay exceeded what I expected. The owner was very kind and charming. A wonderful experience, highly recommend!

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The owner is a kind, honest man with a wonderful family, and he clearly cares about guests having a good stay. We left a few small things in the room, and he contacted us after we had gone so we could get them back. Restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, and you can take a morning walk along the riverside. It's also very convenient to take a Grab into D1. Great visit, and I hope to stay again.

The room wasn't very big, but it was laid out well and had all the amenities I needed. It was super clean, and the owner was so kind and responsive, always doing his best to help. There are lots of good local restaurants nearby with delicious food at good prices. Strongly recommend, and I'll definitely come back!

Dung, the owner, was friendly and helpful. He did our laundry for a reasonable price, returned it folded within 24 hours, and helped us book a bus for our onward trip. The room was clean, had good AC, and came with lots of amenities, including a fridge, cutlery, and basic cooking facilities. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a local, family-run hotel in HCMC.

A clean, convenient place with a lift, close to Family Mart and pizza 4p’s for takeaway. The family owners were really friendly, and the price was reasonable. It's easy to get a Grab to the tourist spots. We'll stay again next time we're in Saigon.
