Landmark 81 and Masteri sit on opposite sides of Tao Dien subway station. The station connected to Masteri Thao Dien is An Phu Station, after Tao Dien station. It’s a little outside downtown, but still a great place. You can reach Ben Thanh Market in about 15 minutes.

The low ceilings make the flats feel cramped and closed in. And 23k VND for one night of bicycle parking? Is that a joke? Why are you charging my guests like that?

The pool is really nice, and the whole complex is kept very clean. There are always people tending the gardens and looking after the buildings. It’s a huge place right beside a great little mall, though the gym is small and tends to be too warm.

I’m in my second year at T2. It’s a secure compound, and the guards do a good job, though reception is just okay. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, but every now and then too many Airbnb guests take advantage of them. The shared gym with T1 is disappointing. You can find a decent apartment here, and two-bedroom rents should be around 15 million, though some ask a very unreasonable 25 million. Take your time looking and don’t jump at the first offer.
