The hotel is nice and clean, and the area is okay, but sleeping here was difficult. There were different kinds of guests, which isn’t a problem by itself, but it led to lots of check-outs. Cleaners should stop laughing loudly in the corridors at night. The lift bell rang loudly and kept going until very late, so the manager should ask the lift maintenance person to remove it. Front office staff should put guests staying more than one night on the top floor and people coming for just two hours on a different, lower floor. That would mean less noise and let guests who come to sleep actually get some rest...

I spent two nights here before flying back to my country and couldn’t sleep at all. It was noisy around the clock, sometimes from outside and sometimes from inside the hotel.

The entrance has an extra-large staircase with no ramp or slide for luggage. The lack of common sense in the design cost this place three stars and was extremely frustrating.

This is a cheap hotel with horrible service. We arrived around 13:30, and they wanted to charge us an extra 4 USD even though they still had an empty room. That felt really greedy. The bed was even worse. The hotel is near the main road, but the surrounding area has rubbish and dirty roads. I don’t understand how they can operate this hotel.

A very nice hotel, and the room looks like the pictures.
