The location is nice, near the shopping center, and the prices are good. The hotel has been renovated nicely, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, though the air-conditioning filters should be cleaned.

Minh Ha Hotel is a nice place to stay, with kind staff and friendly people around. The rooms are cheap and clean, and the staff are extremely kind. This is a very local area, which I found fascinating and really enjoyed. If you want to see how Saigoners live and eat, stay in Bin Thanh. Look around and you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, things to do, lots of food choices, and plenty of smiles from friendly people. There's a large AEON Mall nearby, with a supermarket food court that's worth visiting. The mall has much better quality shopping than any tourist district in Saigon, and makes this a good place to shop like a local. It's convenient, though the hotel and area are really suited to locals and adventurous travelers. I'd avoid District 1 and central Saigon if you're interested in Vietnamese people.

Just a two-minute walk from Aeon Mall, and the room was very neat and clean. Really recommend it for couples or families.
