Montana Hotel & Apartment Saigon Airport

The staff were thoughtful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to travelers who need somewhere to stay at the last minute.

The staff were attentive, but the cleanliness was unfortunately poor. I changed rooms because the bathroom was dirty, and they moved me to an upgraded room. Even there, I could clearly see traces of the previous guest on the bed. Luckily, I only stayed one night. This could be a nice place for an overnight stay near the airport if it were clean. I've stayed in budget accommodation around SEA and don't expect much, but I do expect cleanliness. This place fell short.

The staff welcomed me and were helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the area itself is quite nice. It's in a great spot for getting to the airport quickly. For this price, it's hard to ask for more, and I think I could enjoy staying longer too.

We checked in smoothly at 3 a.m., but after only four hours of sleep, someone knocked on our door at 7 a.m. A staff member vanished without a word after we opened it, then came back shortly afterward, raised her voice, and demanded cash right away, saying the payment hadn't gone through automatically. After a long flight and so little rest, we had to go straight to the bank for cash. This could easily have waited until checkout at 12 p.m. A friendly reminder would have been enough, and the whole thing was far more stressful than necessary. The location and cleanliness were okay, and it's a 15-minute walk from the airport. Still, I wouldn't recommend the hotel because the staff were unfriendly.
