Novotel Living Saigon South

Miss Hanh was what made our visit so memorable. She was warm and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Her hospitality made us feel valued, and we're sincerely grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Novotel Saigon is modern and elegant, in a convenient spot. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I loved the weekend buffet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are large and well designed, with a small kitchen and a big fridge, and the hotel feels modern, relaxed, and welcoming. Staff were friendly and professional. Thanks to Dang for making my stay so memorable. It's a very short walk to Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, so the location is convenient. The hotel has excellent amenities and suits both short and long visits to Saigon. I also visited and got a handcrafted turtle made by people with disabilities. It raises awareness about sea turtle preservation in collaboration with WWF.

There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and exhibitions close by, and the neighborhood feels lively without being too noisy. I was here for a business trip and had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well ventilated. Housekeeping were friendly, attentive, and clearly took their work seriously, which I really appreciated. I'd recommend it to business travelers or anyone after a comfortable stay.

The breakfast selection is moderate. The main problem is the hot water system in the women's shower room in the spa. Pipe pressure makes a noise like something from a thriller movie. One shower has only boiling hot water, the other only cold, so neither can be used. It seems nobody has used the shower room or spa service and noticed the issue. I hope the manager handles it better.
