The owner is a kind, smart young Vietnamese woman who speaks fluent English. The hotel itself is quiet, cozy, clean, and newly built, with a very reasonable price. Nearby there’s a large, cool swimming pool that’s usually uncrowded and open 24 hours, two 24-hour mini Supermarkets, and lots of little restaurants to choose from. Bus nb 88 takes 30-40 min to the city center, or you can take a taxi if you want to get there faster. I’d strongly recommend this place to tourists in Ho chi minh. The hostess speaks gently and often tries to make things easier for guests. The room and service are very good, and the location is super convenient, with everything from a gym to restaurants and cafes.

We were three people and booked a room with two very large double beds. It had full amenities, was spacious and beautiful, and check-in was self-service. The location is convenient and there are no traffic jams. Prices are competitive. Laundry service is downstairs, which is handy. The main drawback is the stairs. We were on the second floor, luckily, since climbing to the fourth would have been exhausting. Across the road is the Homeland Riverside apartment complex, with cafes, Win Mark, restaurants, and other amenities. Cars can park on the street out front, while motorbike parking is paid.

There are lots of convenience stores nearby. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and the owner was very helpful. I really liked the place and would definitely come back if I get the chance.
