The room design is beautiful, and the staff are super helpful. But cigarette smoke gets everywhere since smoking isn’t prohibited. The parking staff are constantly smoking on the ground floor, and I suspect the HVAC may be pulling outdoor air into the ducts and spreading contaminated air inside. It smells less when I switch off the AC. Such a shame they can’t manage things to the best of their ability.

I had such a great time here as an American. Everyone was lovely and always ready to help. They helped me several times, including when I needed to exchange USD for Dong at the bank. There’s a welcoming vegetarian place about a four-minute walk away, in front of a buddist temple, and the food was amazing. A little stand out front also serves really good coffee for very cheap. I loved my stay, 5/5.
