I had a late flight, so I stayed at the hotel until the last minute to rest. The room was retro, spacious, and comfortable, which I appreciated. It's an average place, neither good nor bad, and convenient if you're traveling to the airport.

The room was dirty, in bad shape, and smelled awful. If you decided not to stay, they would refund only half the price. Check the room before booking. I wouldn't go back.

Compared with other places on Bach Dang Street, this budget hotel is cheaper. I also appreciated how clearly the reception staff explained the billing.

The room was old and didn't have any clothes hangers. Wifi kept cutting out and was too weak. I won't be back.

The checkout charges didn't make sense to me. At check-in I was told I could stay until 6 PM the next day, paying 30,000 VND per hour after noon. But when I left after 6 PM, they said the rate was 250,000 VND for staying past 5 PM. It isn't a huge amount, but I don't like what feels like dishonest business practice.
