OYO 656 Nam Hai Hotel

It was an okay hotel.

The receptionist was rude and didn't seem to care about guests. The room was awful too, with no bedside lamp, and a TV that was there but completely unusable.

I've stayed here many times, and the same problems keep coming up. There are lots of mosquitoes, and the building has floors but no elevator. Room facilities vary depending on which one you get. The rooms aren't soundproof, so people chatting in the lobby can still be heard on the third floor. The Wi-Fi has both 2.4 and 5 GHz on each floor but the connection is unstable, and phone signal disappears. Housekeeping is really bad too. Late at night, when people are sleeping, the staff stomp around. It feels intentional, and there's no basic consideration.

The bathroom was so disgusting it nearly made me throw up. Staying here was awful, worse than a cheap motel.
