It's in a quiet spot in the middle of a busy city, and the location is good. But the staff and service need improvement. Please treat your guests better.

The staff have made my year at Paragon especially comfortable. Management and reception are friendly, quick to help, and sort out problems smoothly whenever residents need support. The complex is quiet, and I’ve felt settled living here long term. Getting to Dien Bien Phu Street and D2 Street is quick, and the city center is easy to reach. I’m quite satisfied and think Paragon is a good option for a long-term home in this area.

The room was nice and the price was good. It’s convenient for getting around Binh Thanh, though I felt the room hadn’t been cleaned. Everything else was ok.
