Phu Thang Grand Hotel

The restaurant food is delicious, and they even bring still water when I sit there without ordering. The reception team gave us an extra key card without asking for a money deposit. When our golf games left the floor messy, I called reception and they came to clean it within five minutes. They also changed our bed sheets again, even though they’d already done that afternoon, and brought several plastic bags when I asked. Reception and housekeeping are kind, helpful, quick, and flexible. Some receptionists speak standard English, and some speak Mandarin Chinese very well. Yesterday’s storm in town caused some internet problems, but it’s working for me today.

I’m from Portugal, and I felt relaxed and happy in this beautiful, cozy place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good bath and shower equipment, and the beds were lovely. Even the ordinary balcony view was beautiful. The food was delicious, and breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with good quality ingredients. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I booked Phu Thang hotel for two nights while on a business trip in the region, expecting only basic comfort and service. It turned out to be much more beautiful and luxurious than I’d imagined. The bedrooms are large, comfortable, and fully equipped, and it’s quiet inside, with no street noise that I could hear. The employees were also better than expected, professional and nice. I’ll definitely return, and recommend it if you need to stay in the area.

The restaurant at Phu Thang grand is called Jasper, and it serves delicious, healthy food. Staff are adorable, and I had a wonderful stay with all the necessary amenities. It’s one of the finest hotels in Long an’s busy industrial zone, and a great place to stay in Long an. I’d recommend it to travelers and business people from around the world looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
