Place In Saigon

The apartment I was shown was bare and looked very different from the pictures the “manager” had sent. The area was nice and fairly quiet, but there are other areas with more variety, just as much quiet and greater convenience. I came to HCMC for business and wanted a simple, nice place for about a month. The place seemed decent overall, but it was NOT as advertised. I arrived very early, had a coffee, and was then taken upstairs. Right after being shown an empty apartment, I was told it was going to an old tenant/customer and that this model was no longer available 🤧. Instead, they sent me pictures of a very different, more expensive model with no balcony, available much later. The reviews said the staff were great, but apparently nobody could come upstairs to look at the place with me. By the time I went back down to the coffee shop/lobby, the person I'd been speaking to had disappeared 😂. I walked around the block to check the area, with none of my questions answered, then texted to ask basic things like where to do laundry. They said laundry wasn't available. (Maybe they forgot who I was? 😂) I felt they had no respect for my time or schedule, and after that it was hard to trust them or feel comfortable living there.
