At 350k VND a night, the price seems fair for a place in District 1. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The elevator is tiny, so with lots of luggage, you might want to take the stairs.

The owner and staff were friendly. There was an incense burner, hair dryer, and iron in the room. I was on the ground floor, where the room was a bit rough: the bed sat on an unstable wooden pallet and was very loud, there were no slippers, and the ceiling light was right above the bed. The toilet was okay.

The room was spacious and the price seemed reasonable for the service. The location was great too, making it convenient to get to nearby districts. I had a pleasant stay.
