Reddoorz Plus @ Phu My Hung Residence

Phuong and the rest of the hotel staff were wonderful and so helpful. There were cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and a few malls nearby, including some places open 24/7. Laundry service was just 10 steps away, and getting a grab to District 1 was easy. They made our stay really comfortable, and we highly recommend this District 7 hotel.

The room felt a little small, and early morning street noise came through. Some of the furniture looked old, though it all worked fine. Breakfast was tasty and mostly Vietnamese, but I would have liked more Western choices. There’s a small gym, a quiet terrace, and a rooftop pool that’s not huge but was great for unwinding after a day out. Laundry, free parking, and an airport shuttle for a fee were all convenient. The place is clean, affordable, and well run, with helpful staff and good facilities. I’d stay again in District 7.

I’ve stayed here several times, in both the simple and VIP rooms, and have always been satisfied. It’s a small, quiet hotel in the center of Phu My Hung and offers excellent value. The manager is polite, friendly, and helpful with problems, visa advice, things to see, and restaurant suggestions. Ask her for the address of the seafood street in D4, it’s very local and picturesque. Vivo shopping center is a few minutes’ walk away. At the top of the street there’s a Highland coffee shop, one of the best for Vietnamese coffee. A short taxi ride gets you to Crescent mall, with a beautiful promenade behind it that’s especially nice at night, plus a park.

The rooftop pool was a nice extra, and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for SECC. Breakfast was limited, but there was enough. The hotel looks nicer than others on the same street. I’d stay again.
