They display a price of 250-300, then ask for 500k for an overnight stay. That’s ridiculously expensive. The room is tiny, the service is terrible, and the receptionist seems grumpy.

The hotel is awful, and the room is tiny. The receptionist was rude and even looked down on people. Better to avoid this place.

I didn’t notice the price list at first, which showed 300k. When I asked about the room, they quoted me 350k, but there wasn’t any room at that price on the list. The pricing was unclear. If it costs 350k, why advertise 300k? 🥲 That 50k difference isn’t worth inflating the price for.

The overnight rate was 400k VND, much more than nearby hotels, yet they charged me another 50k VND for checking out just two minutes late. The receptionist didn’t understand that those two minutes were spent traveling in the elevator. I’ve never been charged for a two-minute checkout delay before. The amount isn’t much, but it shows how terrible and unethical the hotel’s practices are. They also handed a guest the room key before the room had been cleaned. The room itself was average, with dirty sheets and worn pillowcases. 😤😡
