I booked Prince Residence through Expedia, then accidentally canceled just five minutes later. Expedia's staff and managers tried to contact the hotel and get my booking reinstated, but nobody there was willing to help. The hotel staff and managers were also poor at replying to calls and emails. I strongly recommend that people avoid booking this one. Thank you.

That corner by the ticket booth is really sharp. If your car hits the lane divider column as shown in the picture, you'll have to pay 2.5 mil vnd. The design is terrible!

The location is nearly perfect, very close to both the city centre and the airport, and the building itself is good quality. But over the year I lived here, the constant fake fire alarms became a huge problem. There were about 12 in one weekend, and some went off in the middle of the night while I was asleep. Tower 1, the main tower, could be called Fire Alarm Residence. It's really annoying. Management never found a real fix, and CBRE was quite incompetent at providing a clear solution. That experience affected how I feel about the building and living here.

The pool and spacious rooms were hard to say goodbye to, and so were the friendly staff. My family and I spent a week here on vacation, though our stay was only a short time. We definitely missed the place when we left.
